Panchkarma Therapy
At Ayurnaturo Hospital & Research Centre, Panchkarma is one of our most powerful and transformative therapies. It is a classical Ayurvedic detoxification process designed to cleanse the body of accumulated toxins (Ama), restore dosha balance, and revitalize overall health.
What is Ayurved?
Panchkarma means “five actions” — a set of specialized purification therapies in Ayurveda that eliminate deep-rooted toxins from the body.

Panchkarma Therapy
Panchkarma Therapy at Ayurnaturo Hospital & Research Centre is a comprehensive Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation treatment designed to cleanse the body, balance the doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and restore overall well-being. Rooted in ancient Ayurvedic principles, Panchkarma focuses on eliminating deep-seated toxins (Ama) through a structured three-step process that includes preparation, detoxification, and post-treatment care. The therapy begins with Purva Karma, where treatments like oil massage (Snehan) and steam therapy (Swedan) help loosen toxins and prepare the body. This is followed by Pradhan Karma, the core detox phase, which may include therapies such as Vamana (therapeutic emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (medicated enema), Nasya (nasal cleansing), and Raktamokshana (blood purification), depending on the patient’s condition. Finally, Paschat Karma focuses on recovery through dietary guidance, lifestyle changes, and herbal support.
